The McCall team has had a busy March as we have been listing homes and helping buyers find their dream homes. Spring is typically a prime season for real estate and this year is no exception.
I regularly field questions about how the Sonoma County real estate market is doing, so I thought I might share a few items of interest.
The following information is for March 2022 and features Santa Rosa and Sonoma County in general. It's interesting to note that although interest rates are rising, the market has remained strong.
The following graph separates market details by city and provides a six-month view. Please note that it is very difficult to accurately portray activity in a given city, as results can be skewed by a lower number of sales. A six-month view can provide more detail into prices, house and lot size and more.
Analyzing real estate data is definitely an art, and definitely subject to interpretation. But although the market remains strong for sellers, the door is opening for buyers as multiple offers become less common.
