The McCall Team led by Trish McCall did an excellent job marketing and selling our home during a very challenging time. After selecting the McCall Team as our agent, they had home photos taken, our house listed and two open houses scheduled before the end of the first week. Sometimes when people move quickly you sacrifice quality of service for speed. This was not the case. Recognizing that speed to market is just as important as maintaining high quality service, the McCall Team has developed a listing process that achieves both. Every member of the McCall Team did a walk through of our home and the photography of our listing was outstanding. Furthermore, everyone on the team was prepared to talk about the unique benefits of buying our property.

We listed our home around the end of September 2017. On Sunday, October 8, we learned we were to receive an offer on our home the following day. Unfortunately, the Sonoma and Napa County fires started that night. Over 3,000 Santa Rosa homes were lost during the fire. While Trish McCall’s home was saved, she and her family had to evacuate the area. We were fortunate. Our home and the neighborhood where we lived was saved.

During this time, Trish and her team maintained a positive and professional outlook. Their communication and follow through were exceptional. We always felt we were kept in the loop during what were long and arduous days for buyers, sellers and real estate agents. Our home was purchased by a family who lost their home to the fire.
