Trish and her team are amazing. They have helped me in both buying two houses and selling a house. In all cases very professional, responsive, and very competent. My first buying experience with them tells it all. I had been looking for a house for two years (it is tricky for a teacher to buy a house). Even though it was 2011 and near the bottom of the last housing down turn most where a bit out of the price range. Finally found a great house with a view in Cloverdale (teachers don't usually get views). However, the housing market was starting to pick up and all cash offers where starting to become a thing so I knew I would have to act fast. Called Trish Thursday morning she had a bid in that afternoon. The house was a foreclosure and a bank owned house. The bank was going through the motions. Trish picked up some ice cream Friday afternoon and went down to the bank at 5pm. Asked the bank employees if they would like an ice cream party while they finished off the deal. They stayed and did. Over the weekend 3 all cash bids came in that would have topped my bid. Trish and that house changed my life. Without Trish and her team's complete professionalism and quick response I would have never had the joy of living in that house for over 10 years. Highly recommended.
