Mauro and his team worked wonders in finding us our dream home. He patiently drove us to endless listings, as we worked our way into figuring out what we were ultimately looking for in a home. His knowledge of the local areas is impressive with many helpful tips and restaurants, gyms, markets, etc.. He returned our phone calls promptly, set up / attended inspections, met us for paperwork/ signings, assisted us with negotiations /last minute details and guided us thru the whole process right up to the moment we got the keys. We always felt like we were his top priority and only client even though we weren't . We were actually purchasing our house during the North Bay firestorm (Tubbs fire) and he kept us well informed of all the issues we were then facing. Our transaction was in limbo, but he stuck with us thru it all till we could finally access the property, get our lender funding /insurance (which was delayed due to the fire) and do final inspections. He somehow managed to conduct his business in spite of his realty office being forced to close for several weeks! Amazing!!
